High-Precision Surface Finishing 

Surface treatment processes can significantly improve the wear resistance, oxidation resistance, and chemical stability of parts, thereby extending their service life in harsh environments.

 

We can perform surface treatments on a variety of materials, including metals, plastics, and ceramics.

 

Our surface treatment processes are used in a variety of industries, such as aerospace and defense, medical and biotechnology, automotive and transportation, consumer electronics, industrial automation and robotics, and telecommunications equipment. Below are our surface treatment types.

 

Painting:

Powder Coating:

Method: Spray liquid paint and allow it to dry and cure.

Function: Provide a variety of colors and appearances; Achieve matte, glossy, etc. effects; Protect the substrate from environmental erosion

 

 

 

 

Method: Alter the internal structure of the metal through heating, maintaining temperature, and cooling.

Function: The core is to enhance mechanical properties, such as significantly increasing hardness, strength and wear resistance, ensuring that the parts can work stably under high loads

 

Method: The powder coating is electrostatically sprayed and then dried, and after being subjected to high-temperature curing, it forms a thick layer.

Function: With extremely strong scratch resistance and corrosion resistance; a wide range of colors are available, and it can provide various appearance effects such as matte and glossy finishes.

Laser Engraving / Marking:

Electroplating

Method: High-energy laser beams are used to etch the surface, creating characters, patterns or QR codes.
Function: Achieves permanent and clear identification and traceability, which is not prone to wear; can be used for engraving, numbering, logos, enhancing the professionalism and recognizability of the product.

 

 

 

Method: Multiple mechanical grinding + polishing paste / cloth wheel fine treatment, eliminating knife marks and scratches, achieving an ultra-low roughness mirror-like effect. 

Function: Creating a high-gloss, high-end appearance, reducing friction, enhancing wear resistance and corrosion resistance, completely covering processing marks.

Suitable for optical, medical, and high-end hardware products.

Method: Under the action of electrolysis, a metal coating (such as nickel, chromium, zinc, gold, silver, etc.) is deposited on the surface.
Function: Anti-corrosion and rust prevention; nickel/chromium plating enhances wear resistance and appearance; gold/silver plating improves electrical conductivity; zinc coating is suitable for protecting hardware.

Method: Use chemical reagents to remove free iron from the surface of stainless steel, forming a protective film.
Function: Specifically for stainless steel, it restores and enhances its corrosion resistance, complies with hygiene and industrial standards, and ensures the original properties of the material.

 

 

Method: Through mechanical grinding (using sand belts, nylon wheels, etc.), continuous and uniform linear textures are formed on the surface of the parts. 
Function: Enhance the sense of sophistication and the delicate touch feel; cover minor scratches and enhance the metallic texture;

Applicable to exterior parts, consumer electronic parts, etc.

 

Method: An oxide film is formed on the surface of metals (mainly aluminum) through electrochemical means.
Function: Excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance; the surface can present colors, black, or the original color, enhancing the aesthetic appeal and texture; it increases the surface hardness and prevents scratches.

Method: Use high pressure to spray sand particles or glass beads onto the surface of the part.
Function: Eliminate processing marks, achieve uniform matte / frosted texture; improve surface adhesion, facilitating subsequent spraying; remove burrs and clean the surface.

 

 

 

 

Method: Chemical etching, sandblasting, mold transfer and other processes are used to form customized concave and convex textures on the surface of the parts. 
Function: Personalized appearance design, covering processing marks, enhancing anti-slip feel, improving coating adhesion, suitable for consumer electronics and automotive interiors.

Method: High-pressure jetting of sand particles / glass beads impacts the surface of the part, performing a physical grinding treatment. 
Function: Eliminating processing scratches, achieving a uniform matte texture, enhancing the adhesion of subsequent coatings, removing burrs and oxide scales, and cleaning the surface.
