Painting:

Polishing / Mirror Polishing:

  • Method: Multiple mechanical grinding + polishing paste / cloth wheel fine treatment, eliminating knife marks and scratches, achieving an ultra-low roughness mirror-like effect.

Electroplating:

Anodizing:

  • Method: An oxide film is formed on the surface of metals (mainly aluminum) through electrochemical means.
  • Function: Excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance; the surface can present colors, black, or the original color, enhancing the aesthetic appeal and texture; it increases the surface hardness and prevents scratches.

Bead Blasting:

  • Method: Use high pressure to spray sand particles or glass beads onto the surface of the part.
  • Function: Eliminate processing marks, achieve uniform matte / frosted texture; improve surface adhesion, facilitating subsequent spraying; remove burrs and clean the surface.

Texturing:

  • Method: Chemical etching, sandblasting, mold transfer and other processes are used to form customized concave and convex textures on the surface of the parts.
